Today we're talking with a  special guest: Dr. Jennifer Beer. She's an expert on negotiation, conflict resolution, and mediation. She also spent  20 years teaching negotiations at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. What Jenny knows about negotiating through power dynamics could fill a book- literally- as she wrote the industry standard book on mediation, but we squeezed in as much of her knowledge as possible in this hour.
