Angela Shen pivots her business, Savor Seattle, to curated Pike Place Market boxes filled with market staples. The new business would grow to double revenue that of her former food tours. Savor Seattle went on to be acquired by another Seattle business, Homegrown Sustainable Sandwiches, in 2021.
