It's normal to have a plan in mind when thinking of how you want your life to go. We have goals we want to experience in the present as well as in the future (esp. the ones we add to our bucket list)....
Then, it happens....when life doesn't go as planned...we become paralyzed with uncertainty or even fear in some cases....our neat "in the box" plan is no longer relevant...
