Siempre me ha gustado la comida chatarra; y generalmente la realizo en casa. Hoy con pocos ingredientes pude realizar una hamburguesa que la llamo clásica por tener pocos ingredientes, pero con mucho sabor. Generalmente las hamburguesas se les coloca jamón y queso amarillo. Pero eso no me detuvo en querer comer estas hamburguesas y compartir en familia.

I have always liked junk food; and I usually do it at home. Today with few ingredients I was able to make a hamburger that I call classic because it has few ingredients, but with a lot of flavor. Generally, hamburgers are served with ham and yellow cheese. But that did not stop me from wanting to eat these burgers and share as a family.

Para su preparación, utilice ½ kilo de carne molida, tomate, cebolla, lechuga, Paquete de pan de hamburguesa, salsa, mayonesa y papitas. En esta oportunidad compre las papitas ya listas.

For its preparation, use ½ kilo of ground meat, tomato, onion, lettuce, hamburger bun package, sauce, mayonnaise and chips. This time I bought the chips already ready.

La carne la preparo con aliños que acostumbro aliñar mis carnes, dentro de ello, aji, cebolla, cebollín, ajo. Esto lo corte en trozos y licue; luego incorpore a la carne molida que ya tenía en un envase.

I prepare the meat with dressings that I usually dress my meats, within it, chili, onion, chives, garlic. Cut this into chunks and blend; then add to the ground beef that you already had in a container.

Luego prepare unas bolitas como si fueran arepas y en un budare cocine, hasta dorar

Ya había lavado muy bien el tomate la cebolla y corte en rodajas.

I had already washed the tomato and onion very well and cut it into slices.

Conjuntamente lave la lechuga y coloque en agua con vinagre.

Coloque los panes en una olla vaporera para suavizar el pan.

Place the breads in a steamer pot to soften the bread.

Ahora comencé a preparar, colocando la carne y fui incorporando los de más ingredientes.

De esta manera realice mis hamburguesas clásicas. Con poco podemos también comer súper rico.

In this way I made my classic burgers. With little we can also eat super delicious.
