Today I came face-to-face with my shyness about « being caught » by my neighbours while talking  with the land. And in broad daylight!!! I can feel my energy shift from calm focus to embarrassed ego.  I am curious and compassionate with this shift. 

We are all born with this capacity. Yet we seem to turn off the land’ s conversation as we mature… as we are told it’s silly, childish or crazy to see the more-than-human world as intelligent and carng. 

I envision a world where talking with  life is the norm.
