FEAR
It can shut us down, bring out the worse in humanity or it can be a teacher on the path of Truth. 

Powerful. . . Disruptive . . . Immobilizing
OR 
Powerful . . . Disruptive . . . Liberating

Fear asks us to pay attention … to ask our inner guide: What is this primal emotion trying to reveal? 

With the courage to be with fear rather than run away, we empower ourselves, we wake up and take life-serving actions. 

And when we have the courage to show up for each other, listening with neutral heart-wisdom rather than fueling fear with negativity, we evolve together, we create compassionate community.

We take charge of this powerful emotion and  use it to stand up for peace.
