showed  up as my teacher this morning.
She spoke of energetic fields, awareness, and the importance of asking permission.

How do we show up for each other?
What is the current quality of our energetic field?
Do we enter other people’s fields without knocking?
Do we allow others to barge in? 
What does Yes or a No feel like in our heart? 
Are we skillful enough to receive or give a No with grace? 

Awareness and asking permission are foundational to growing true and beautiful relationships.
