This is another and final attempt to get Spokane PD to take a complaint against Adam Swinyard, the Superintendent of Spokane Public Schools. Adam has not filed his oath of office as required by RCW 28A.330.060 and is in violation of that RCW as well as RCW 42.20.030 which has a penalty of a criminal misdemeanor.
