Many people imagine Jesus as a sort of feminine hippie, walking about handing out daisies, talking about free love, peace, non-violence, inclusivity, and tolerance.

Oh, this is SO NOT the case!

Jesus WAS Lamb-like...the only 2 words that He ever used to describe Himself were "humble and gentle", BUT...He was most definitely Lion-like as well! He was truly a warrior!

Jesus gave His life in a bloody and brutal way, but while He was on this planet, He was never pushed around or bullied. He made it clear: "No man takes my life from me. I lay it down of my own free will...I CHOOSE to lay it down!" Jesus was not murdered or martyred. He was SACRIFICED by His own choice, in obedience to His Father...FOR US!

Jesus is like no other to walk this planet! This teaching touches on just a few reasons why I follow Him with immense joy and healthy pride! I am PROUD of my King! He is a Humble, Gentle SAVAGE!
