On June 2, 2023, heavy rains coupled with already full ditches led to significant, destructive flooding across Montana. Billings native, Jonnie Jonckowski, who was a 1991 inductee into the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, is the owner of Angel Horses, Inc., a non-profit that provides therapeutic riding and “compassionate care” to senior citizens, special needs children, and at-risk children.
