There seems to be a resurgence of keeping chickens in the U.S.A. I’ve seen ads for chicken houses that can keep up to six chickens or so. I’ve driven across the front range of Colorado in the last few weeks, and at the farm and ranch outlets, you’ll find a dozen or so chicken houses ready to load up in your pickup and take home. I like it. Maybe people are realizing, once again, the wonders of raising at least some of their own food. I hope so. And I hope it becomes a habit and that the habit grows....
