I received a couple of letters last week that were very encouraging, exciting, and yes, great news for our industry, in my opinion. One was written by Don Schiefelbein, President of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA), and the other was written by Kevin Escobar, Region XI Director for Florida and Georgia of the U.S Cattlemen’s Association (USCA).
