Coach Sandy's passion is to support & encourage women to step into their Goddess Power. I have moved through divorce, relocation, and being a mother of two as a single parent for many years. Working on 100% commission and doing what was expected of me, with diligence and responsibility. I am now remarried, grandmother of 4, and learning to play more. I have chosen to take my lessons, tools and insights and wisdom from the transitions and share them to inspire and empower. I believe there is a goddess inside each woman, she has been put on the bookshelf, she lost her confidence and got dusty.Together we take her out, dust her off, polish her up and send her back out into all her roles shinny and bright.

Katherine Bacock knew something was missing from her day-to-day routine of being a disabled single mom of children impacted with mental illness. She was tired, and life was hard. Katherine maintained an outwardly sunny disposition because she feared that if she let that smile crack, she would lose it. Once her children grew up and moved out, Katherine had time to reflect on her experience raising children with mental health issues. Only then could she identify what was missing all those years. She never practiced self-care. With all the activity and craziness, Katherine never took time to care for herself. It took her twenty years to realize how much her journey could have been improved had she taken care of herself, even in small ways. That is when it dawned on Katherine that she was the perfect person to create products for other stressed-out women. She realized her mission, and Sargent Bubbles was launched. Katherine and Sargent Bubbles is a way for women to lift their spirits within the time constraints of a busy women and leave her feeling human again.

Katherine firmly believes everyone should practice self-care. It is crucial for busy people who think they “don't have time for self-care, to know they should make time.” Katherine is committed to healing their skin and spirits. Please listen, share, subscribe, follow, and support.
