103 - In this episode, our guest will be psychotherapist Vickijo Campanaro. Vicki will answer our questions about anxiety, how our culture contributes to anxiety, the prevalence of anxiety within mental illness, and the benefits of a spiritual practice.

Vickijo Campanaro is a New York Licensed and national certified psychotherapist with graduate degrees in counseling, psychology, music, and education. She has been in private practice for over 35 years. Vickijo has held positions as educator, therapist, and consultant at a number of institutions including Nazareth College of Rochester.

She has also run workshops and groups on a variety of topics. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), hypnosis and Thought Field Therapy.

Vickijo is the associate director for the The Assisi Institute, a not-for-profit organization that seeks to foster the integration of the mystical traditions of both Eastern and Western spirituality.
