This question comes to me a lot, especially in Focus 6 of the Codependency Healing System where I teach students the fundamentals of healthy relating.

Much of what is taught about compatibility centers around mutual values, interests, and even lifestyles. Yet, I've learned personally these are poor guages of actual, real-life compatibility.
