The truth is , my mental health is fine ,but if i hear someone near me or otherwise, say that i am not well ,-then that is a lie. My mental health is fine ,but i over heard some neighbors ,the hoodlums who target me say false allegations and that is not right. I will have to go to  a court to sue over lies, No one should be subjected to lies.
