He quickly discovered this sucked, quit his job, worked on a golf course and started Smart People Podcast, with his good mate Jon Rojas. They've had some pretty awesome guests, including Tony Hsieh, Mark Manson & Brene Brown.

Chris shows that you don't need to follow the normal career path to end up successful. We also talk about what defines success.
