Katy Pistole is an author, counselor, and especially a lover of horses. In 2010 she started a horse-themed nonprofit called Beautiful Brokenness Ministries. The ministry incorporates rescued horses into a healing and discipleship program for teens and women. We learned so much about horses and the concepts of rescue, redemption and reconciliation that are a picture of who Jesus is to us!
