Many times we have been afraid to share our stories because of judgement. I am there and as I cross the T's and I's of my book, I am afraid. Yet in the many pages, nights and hours put in, how do I overcome this feeling.

Shame comes from the fear of another's opinion of your story. Unless the hunted tell the story, the hunter remains the victor.
