We have some exciting changes and improvements coming to our billing system!

Coming up on July 30, 2024, we are upgrading our billing software to increase security and bring new features to our billing system.

As part of this, we are migrating the Client Area portal to a new URL. With this migration and update, you may see a change to the layout of your Client Area. Your services (hosting plans or domain name registrations) will not be impacted during this maintenance and upgrade. Finally, the new URL for our Client Area after the migration, and users will automatically be redirected. The new location will be https://billing.reclaimhosting.com.

As we prepare for this upgrade, there are a few things we need you to keep in mind:

• On July 29, 2024 the Client Area portal will be unavailable and offline for logins and account management. Your hosted websites will not be offline during this time. Users will also be unable to purchase new hosting plans or domain registrations. This will prevent any lost orders during the upgrade.
• You must reset your Client Area password after July 30, 2024. You will be prompted to change the password when you log in.
• Your cPanel password will also change. If you use SFTP/SSH regularly you will also need to change this after July 30, 2024
• You will need to update your payment details after July 30, 2024.

If you have any sub-accounts you will need to recreate these accounts. The workflow for this will change within our new system. Please be on the lookout for further instructions on adding Sub-Accounts back to your account.
