In this episode I am joined by a fellow Irish Warrior Mark. Mark takes us on his journey of living with A.S, R.A, and Fibro. How doctors had thought  his conditions were all down to being a pipe fitter. He speaks about how Men think theses are only Female conditions and how while dealing with the Mental health side of these conditions led him to discovering his passion and talent for the art of painting.
