I don't know if we can ever be completely confident about the job we are doing as pet parents. I think it's something we hone over time, but something we will always work towards, especially with different animals in our lives.

I do think that we can do lots of things to help build confidence, especially by learning new things and creating a team to help us.

Shannon Cutts has a very unique perspective and gift that can provide us with a kind of confidence we don't typically get.
