Hip mobility is definitely one of the biggest issues I see with regards to range of motion restrictions and was definitely my biggest problem area for many years. I chat about the hip joint and why having good hip mobility is so important. I also discuss the biggest offender when it comes to causing stiff hips and the best practices for counteracting this. I also share the biggest mistake I made when trying to work on my hip mobility and give the three best exercises I used (and you can too) to begin to regain hip range of motion.
