Security threats look different in a relatively peaceful country like Singapore. Though there is no armed conflict, Singapore is challenged by emerging issues in cybersecurity, climate change, and public health. As an academic and a member of the ASEAN Women for Peace Registry, Dr. Tamara Nair talks about the role women ought to play in crisis prevention and post-crisis rehabilitation not only in Singapore, but also in Southeast Asia as a whole.
