This is THE most common question I get from coaches and service providers who want to start guesting on podcasts — and I'm going to give you the honest answer, not the easy one.

Spoiler: it takes time, it takes a system, and it takes knowing exactly what aligned really means. Here's everything I know after building a database of 150+ shows.

  • Why you need a tracking system before you do anything else (+ grab my free tracker)
  • Why a smaller, aligned podcast will always outperform a big, misaligned one for lead generation
  • The rabbit hole method for finding niche shows that fit your exact audience
  • Why Threads is an underrated goldmine for finding podcast guesting opportunities right now
  • The real reason people pay me to do this part for them

What if the reason your business isn't where you want it to be has nothing to do with your strategy — and everything to do with your identity?

I'm joined by Nora Virginia, business and identity coach, breathwork facilitator, and host of the top 2.5% podcast Glow Up to Blow Up. She built a multiple six-figure business organically with under 2,000 followers, and her whole approach comes down to one thing: identity is the greatest driver of results in business.

In this episode we cover:

  • Where most people get lost with identity work (and why it stalls out)
  • Why you can see your future self but still struggle to actually become her
  • The gap between setting goals and truly believing you're the person who achieves them — and how to close it
  • The real difference between someone who does the inner work and sees their business shift fast vs. someone who stays stuck doing all the same things

If you feel like you're constantly in selling mode and still can't figure out why revenue feels inconsistent — this episode is going to hit.

I'm talking with Natalie Bernacchi, a Retention and Revenue Strategist with 15+ years of experience scaling companies. She scrapped her own business model, rebuilt it around retention and recurring revenue, and hasn't looked back. Her take? The money is already in your business. You just need the strategy to find it.

In this episode we cover:

  • What permanent selling mode actually costs you beyond time and energy
  • The biggest revenue leak inside female-led businesses (and why most founders miss it)
  • What companies scaling to $50M ARR do to retain customers that solopreneurs almost never replicate
  • The real difference between a founder with recurring revenue vs. one starting from zero every single month

Brand new business? Established brand? Somewhere in between?

Good news — podcast guesting works at every single stage of business.

Unlike social media marketing that disappears in 24-48 hours, podcast episodes live on, show up in Google searches, and keep bringing you warm leads long after they air. Here's why there's no wrong time to start your podcast tour.

  • Why new entrepreneurs shouldn't wait to start guesting
  • How to time your podcast tour around a launch for maximum impact
  • The warmest lead that exists — and why podcast listeners are it
  • How established businesses use guesting to get into rooms they can't pay their way into

🎙️ Stop waiting for the "right" time. This episode will show you that time is now.

If you've ever felt like you were doing all the things on social media and still feeling invisible — this episode is going to be a breath of fresh air.

Polly Pollock is an author, marketing coach, and founder of Neuropreneur Rising, where she helps ADHD and neurodivergent online business owners build profitable businesses without the weight of social media by leaning into their unique natural strengths. And in this conversation, she makes a really compelling case that the algorithm was never the only path to visibility.

We got into what off-social visibility actually looks like in practice, why collaboration is one of the most underestimated growth strategies out there, and what makes a collab really work versus quietly fizzle out.

If you're tired of performing for an algorithm that may or may not show your content to anyone, this one will open up a whole new way of thinking about how you get seen.

In this episode:

  • Why social media isn't the only — or even the best — way to grow your visibility
  • The reframe you need if you think you have to be everywhere online to be seen
  • What off-social visibility actually looks like in practice
  • What collaboration as a visibility strategy really requires
  • What makes a collaboration actually work versus one that fizzles

You can nail the interview, say all the right things, and still walk away with nothing to show for it — and it usually comes down to one thing: where you send people at the end.

Most guests default to social media. But here's the problem — you don't own it, you can't control it, and it's not a space where you can truly nurture someone who's ready to go deeper with you. It's a wish and a prayer when what you actually need is a strategy.

In this episode, I'm breaking down what makes a lead magnet work specifically for podcast guesting, how to think about what yours should do, and why getting this one thing right can make social media completely optional in your business.

In this episode:

  • Why sending listeners to your social media is the wrong move
  • What your lead magnet actually needs to do (it's not about the format)
  • How to identify the next step in your client journey — and turn that into your offer
  • Why your lead magnet needs to be evergreen so it keeps working months after the episode airs
  • How the right lead magnet makes social media optional in your business

If you've been wondering whether now is the right time for a podcast tour, this episode will give you a clear answer.

A lot of business owners either jump in before they're ready or keep waiting for the "perfect" moment that never comes. The truth is, readiness comes down to a few simple questions — and the timing piece is more flexible than you think.

In this episode, I'm walking you through how to know if your business is set up for a tour, what to expect with timing and logistics, and why being busy or in a rebrand might actually make right now the best time to start.

In this episode:

  • The three questions that tell you if your business is ready for a podcast tour
  • What to expect with timing — and why the lull works in your favor
  • Why a rebrand is actually the perfect time to book podcast interviews
  • Why being busy isn't a reason to wait — it's a reason to start

You look put-together on the outside. You show up for everyone, you get things done. And yet underneath all of that — you're exhausted and choosing yourself feels like something you have to earn.

If that landed, this episode is for you.

Candice Coughenour is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and owner of Congruent Soul Therapy who specializes in helping high-achieving women who look fine on the outside finally start considering themselves — some for the very first time.

This conversation goes deep on the guilt spiral that keeps so many women stuck in over-giving, and why boundaries, people-pleasing, and identity are more tangled up than most of us realize.

In this episode:

  • Why high-achieving women are often the hardest on themselves
  • What most people still get wrong about boundaries
  • Why choosing yourself brings up so much guilt — and where it's really coming from
  • One small way to start choosing yourself this week (and how it applies to your business)

If you've guested on podcasts and walked away feeling like something was off, there's a good chance this is why.

Most people show up to interviews talking about whatever the host asks with no real strategy. And while the conversation might be great, guesting without defined speaking topics means you're leaving your best visibility moments up to chance.

In this episode, you'll learn how to identify the topics you already have (but haven't packaged yet), why pitching topics is actually a gift to the host, and how to build out three that showcase your range and connect back to what you do.

In this episode:

  • The most common mistake podcast guests make
  • How to find your topics using content you've already created
  • The difference between a topic and a transformation
  • How to know when a topic is ready to pitch

Every summer, business owners brace for the slowdown. Less engagement, slower sales, the general feeling that everyone has checked out. But it doesn't have to go that way — and this episode is proof.

Last summer could have been a quiet one. Instead, it was one of the most momentum-building seasons in my business. The difference? I did these three things intentionally, and I haven't stopped since.

I'm breaking down exactly what to focus on right now so you head into summer with a plan — not a prayer.

In this episode:

  • Why a podcast tour is the single best thing you can do to build visibility while everyone else goes quiet
  • How genuine engagement keeps you connected to your audience
  • Why summer is actually the perfect time to get clear on your message and who you help

Summer doesn't have to be a slowdown. It can be the season you get ahead.

Have you ever made a decision… and then had to keep making it again and again?

For three years, I took a leave of absence from teaching — which meant every single year, I had to decide all over again. Stay or go. Go back or keep going forward.

That's limbo. And if you've ever lived there, you know how exhausting it is.

In this episode, I'm getting personal and sharing what it actually felt like to live in that in-between space — and why staying there, even when it felt "safe," was quietly holding me back from stepping fully into who I was becoming.

This one is for you if you've been hovering on the edge of a decision, waiting for a sign, or feeling like you're not quite here yet but not quite there either.

You're allowed to take up space in your next chapter. ✨

In this episode:

  • What it means to live in limbo — and how it keeps you stuck
  • Why I kept redeciding the same decision for years
  • The shift that finally helped me step into the next version of myself
  • An honest encouragement to stop waiting and start becoming

If your podcast interviews feel good in the moment but aren't actually moving the needle — no new followers, no new clients, no real traction — this episode is going to show you exactly where the gap is.

In this live coaching session, I walk Candice, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and owner of Congruent Soul Therapy, through her full podcast tour strategy using my framework. And somewhere in the middle of our session, she said something that stopped me — that the way I map a podcast episode flows exactly like a therapy session.

She's not wrong. And once you hear it that way, you won't be able to unhear it.

In this episode:

→ Why most podcast guests leave interviews without actually positioning themselves as the expert

→ How the Connect → Shift → Method framework maps your episode so hosts say yes and listeners take action

→ How to answer host questions in a way that guides the conversation without hijacking it

This episode is for you if:

  • You've been guesting but not seeing ROI — no new clients, no follower growth, no real results
  • You're a coach, therapist, or service provider who needs a clear starting point for your guesting strategy
  • You want to hear exactly how I'd build a podcast tour strategy for someone in a niche like therapy or mental health

If your business feels messy behind the scenes, this episode is going to feel like a deep exhale.

Today I’m joined by Lindsey Paulson, operations consultant and host of the Mess to Mission podcast. Lindsey helps small business owners turn everyday chaos into clear, repeatable systems so their business can actually support their life — not run it.

In this episode, we cover:

What if podcast guesting wasn’t about saying yes to every invite — but about showing up with strategy, clarity, and intention?

In today’s episode, I’m sharing a behind-the-scenes coaching session with Josie Ampaw-Greene, where we map out how her message translates into a strategic podcast tour instead of random guest appearances.

This is a real-time snippet from inside my Podcast Tour offer, where we focus on niche speaking topics, episode mapping, and creating conversations that actually move listeners — not just entertain them.

Inside the coaching, I help Josie refine her podcast topics, think through how hosts can guide meaningful conversations, and structure her message using my Connect → Shift → Method framework so she’s not just visible, but impactful.

If you’ve ever been on podcasts and thought, “That was fun, but nothing really happened after,” this episode will show you why strategy always comes first — and what changes when you stop being a guest and start being intentional.

In this episode, you’ll hear:

  • The difference between being a podcast speaker and a strategic guest
  • How to map your story into meaningful conversations
  • How to create podcast appearances that lead somewhere

If showing up on social media feels awkward, forced, or exhausting — this episode will feel like permission to breathe.

Hollis shares simple ways to create content, build confidence, and stop overcomplicating what it means to be visible.

Most people jump straight to pitching podcasts.

But the real first step comes way before that.

In this episode, I break down how to choose niche speaking topics that match your expertise and your offers — so your guest spots actually support your business instead of feeling random.

We talk about why generic topics blend in, how specificity builds authority, and what makes a listener think, “I need more from this person.”

If you want to stand out as a podcast guest, this is your foundation. 🎙️

When a big name like Jenna Kutcher announces she’s stepping away from podcasting, the internet does what it does best: declares the entire industry dead.

But… is it?

In this solo episode, I’m breaking down why podcasting is not dead, what’s actually happening behind the scenes, and why podcasting—especially guesting—remains one of the most powerful ways to reach your next aligned client in 2026.

If you’ve been questioning whether podcasting is still “worth it,” this episode is for you.

In this episode, I cover:

  • Why Jenna Kutcher leaving podcasting doesn’t mean podcasting is over
  • How podcasting is evolving heading into 2026
  • Why fewer podcasts can actually mean more opportunity for the right voices
  • Why trust, long-form content, and borrowed audiences matter more than ever

My honest take:

Podcasting isn’t dead.
It’s just no longer about chasing virality, vanity metrics, or pumping out episodes without intention.

In 2026, podcasting belongs to people who:

  • Want deeper relationships, not just reach
  • Value authority over algorithms
  • Understand that being heard is more powerful than being seen for 7 seconds

And if you’re using podcast guesting strategically? You’re not behind—you’re ahead.

Guesting on podcasts can absolutely grow your business but only if you’re showing up in front of the right audiences. Otherwise, you’re just wasting time, energy, and mic moments that could be working harder for you.

In this episode, I’m breaking down the biggest mistake people make with podcast guesting: saying yes to every single show that comes their way. Because here’s the truth not every audience is your audience. And once you start focusing on alignment over volume, that’s when things start to click.

We’ll cover:

  • The #1 reason most guesting efforts don’t convert (and how to fix it)
  • Why five aligned podcast appearances can outperform fifty random ones
  • How to know if a show’s audience actually matches your goals
  • The signs a podcast is a yes (or a polite pass)
  • What happens when you get it right — easier conversations, stronger connections, and real results
  • Why hosts need this too: saying “no” protects your brand and builds trust

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start showing up where it counts, this episode will help you rethink how you approach guesting and make sure every mic you step up to actually moves your business forward.

You’ve been landing podcast interviews, showing up, and doing the work—but nothing’s happening after the episodes. No new leads. No real visibility. And you’re wondering: is podcast guesting even worth it?

The truth? Podcast guesting does work—but only if you avoid a few common mistakes that cause interviews to fall flat. In this episode, I’m sharing the 3 biggest mistakes I see guests make—and the simple fixes that actually turn interviews into results.

Here’s what you’ll walk away with:

  • 🎤 The intro mistake → why rambling or oversharing hurts your positioning (and the short formula to fix it).
  • 🎤 The middle mistake → how trying to cover too much dilutes your authority (and why one niche angle makes you unforgettable).
  • 🎤 The outro mistake → the #1 way guests lose momentum (and how to choose one clear call-to-action listeners will remember).
  • 🎤 The bottom line → podcast guesting works when you position yourself well, share specific value, and guide listeners with clarity.

So, you’ve landed the podcast interview—amazing! But now comes the big question: what do you actually say once you’re on the show?

Because here’s the truth: it’s not enough to just show up. You need to know how to position yourself so that listeners walk away seeing you as the go-to person in your space.

In this episode, I’m breaking down the three parts of every podcast interview—your intro, the middle where you deliver value, and your outro—and exactly what to say in each so you can maximize every single interview.

Here’s what you’ll take away:

  • 🎤 The Intro → how to avoid rambling, not get cut off, and use a simple formula that positions you as the expert from the start.
  • 🎤 The Middle → how to deliver value through niche, specific topics (and why vague talking points make you forgettable).
  • 🎤 The Outro → why less is more when it comes to your call-to-action, and how to choose one clear next step for listeners.
  • 🎤 The Mindset Shift → podcast guesting isn’t just about visibility—it’s about conversion, connection, and building authority.

✨ Want help nailing down your topics so every interview positions you as the go-to in your space?

Hey friend — it’s Candace here! I’m a podcast guesting strategist, mom of three, and host of Podcasting Mentor: Better Brave. This episode is straight from a summer audio summit I was part of, and I knew I had to share it with you here too.

If you're a mom building a business from home, this one’s for you.

Because yes— you can grow your visibility and authority (hello, podcast guesting!) without burning out or snapping at your kids. It starts with one simple skill: clear, confident communication.

I’m walking you through:

  • A mindset reframe around guilt and permission
  • How to talk to your kids about your work (with age-specific scripts)
  • The visual and verbal cues that keep things smooth at home

Podcast guesting has been one of the best visibility tools for my business — even in the chaos of motherhood. But the only way it works is if I clearly communicate what I need from my family before I hit record.

This isn’t about being perfect — it’s about being honest, grounded, and brave enough to ask for support.

You’re allowed to take up space.
You’re allowed to love your work.
And yes, you can model what it looks like to go after your dreams while still being present for the people you love.

Let’s make visibility feel doable!

If you’re an introvert, putting yourself out there can feel overwhelming—but podcasting and guesting might be the perfect fit for you!

I learned this firsthand after speaking at a women’s leadership event. While my extroverted friend left energized, I felt completely drained. People assume podcasting is just like public speaking, but it’s not (thank goodness!). Podcasting allows introverts to connect, share, and grow—without the exhaustion.

Why Podcasting Works for Introverts

🎙 Control Your Environment – Record in your own space, at your own pace. No draining crowds.
🎙 No On-the-Spot Pressure – Plan ahead, edit if needed, and skip the small talk.
🎙 Deep, Authentic Connections – Listeners get to know the real you, and guesting builds valuable relationships.
🎙 Sustainable Marketing – Your voice keeps working for you long after you hit publish, no constant social media needed.

Want to Try Podcast Guesting?

If guesting sounds like a great fit but finding the right shows feels overwhelming, I’ve got you! My Podcast Guesting Accelerator does the legwork for you, plus we map out your speaking points so everything flows seamlessly. Or, you can start with my Podcast Guesting Course: 3 video series.

Welcome to this episode where I'm diving deep into a topic close to my heart: Imposter Syndrome. You know that feeling when you hit record and suddenly think, "Who am I to be doing this?" Trust me, you're not alone. It happens to all of us.

When I started out with over 160 episodes ago, I had those moments of doubt. "Will anyone even listen?"

What is Imposter Syndrome? It's that persistent feeling of self-doubt despite evident success. It's normal and happens when we care deeply about our craft.

Why It Happens? The more we care, the more doubt creeps in. Comparison to others' polished content can amplify this feeling.

How to Push Through It

  • Remember Why You Started: Reconnect with your mission and impact.
  • Rationalize: Focus on facts, not perceptions.
  • Focus on One Listener: Your message matters more than flawless delivery.
  • Keep Track of Wins: Positive feedback is your proof of impact.
  • Everyone Feels This Way: Even top podcasters have faced imposter syndrome.

Closing Encouragement & Call to Action Your voice matters. Someone needs to hear what you have to say. Record your next episode without overthinking it. Trust me, someone needs to hear this.

Podcast guesting is a powerful way to grow your business, increase visibility, and build authority—all while sharing your message in a long-form, engaging way. But are you truly ready to be a guest on a podcast? In this episode, I break down three key signs that indicate whether you’re prepared to maximize your podcast guest appearances.

3 Ways to Know If You're Ready for Podcast Guesting:

1️⃣ Do you have a place to send listeners? Before guesting, make sure you have a way to keep the connection going—whether that’s an email list, Facebook group, free resource, or your own podcast. Having a clear call to action will help convert listeners into engaged followers or clients.

2️⃣ Are you open to sharing your personal story? The best podcast episodes are built on storytelling. Your audience will connect with you through your journey—so be ready to share your experiences in a way that builds trust and relatability.

3️⃣ Are you prepared to share your episode when it airs? Podcast guesting isn’t just about showing up—it’s about leveraging the opportunity! Promoting your episode helps expand your reach and strengthens relationships with podcast hosts. If you're not comfortable sharing, it may be time to do some inner work or refine your messaging.

🔹 Bonus Tip: Have a basic technical setup! A simple microphone, headphones, and a quiet space are all you need to sound professional.

If you’re excited about guesting on podcasts but don’t have the time to find the right shows, my Podcast Guesting Accelerator is available! I’ll do the legwork to find aligned opportunities for you, and we’ll work together to ensure you feel confident in your speaking points.

In this solo episode, I’m reflecting on my journey from Episode 1 of the Better Brave Podcast to where I am now 160ish episodes in. Over the past 3.5 years, I’ve recorded more than 160 episodes, each one teaching me something new about podcasting, consistency, and growth.

When I started, I kept things simple. I didn’t have all the tools, skills, or confidence, but I took that first small step. Looking back, it’s incredible to see how those early episodes laid the foundation for what the podcast has become today.

Here’s what I’m sharing in this episode:

  • How I started: What Episode 1 looked like and the challenges I faced as a beginner.
  • What’s changed since then: How my process, mindset, and skills have evolved after 3.5 years and 160 reps of practice.
  • The power of starting small: Why tackling big goals always begins with small, intentional steps.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by the thought of starting something new, this episode will remind you that the most important thing is to start—no matter how small. Growth happens one step, one episode, and one rep at a time.

My clients and I have made plenty of podcasting mistakes over the years—here are the top five so you can skip them and grow faster!

  • Trying to reach everyone → Get clear on your audience and who your dream listener is.
  • Overcomplicating the tech → Start simple! A mic, a recording platform (Audacity, Zoom, Riverside), and a host (Buzzsprout) are all you need.
  • Too many guest episodes → If you want to be seen as an authority, prioritize solo episodes (aim for 2/3 solo, 1/3 guest).
  • Publishing and ghosting → Promote every episode—share on social media, email your list, and drop links in relevant conversations.
  • Skipping a call to action → Tell listeners what to do next! Subscribe, leave a review, join your email list, or grab a free resource.

Bonus: Don’t record topics just because you think you should—talk about what excites you!

Breanna was born and raised in Winona, MN. She moved to South Dakota to attend college and met her husband. Breanna became an Agricultural Education Teacher and FFA Advisor. Her husband’s first job was very demanding and he worked on average 70 hours a week. That is when she decided to start her BODi business-- helping others get healthy and create routines.
She fell in love with helping others feel good, so she decided to start an online western boutique in 2021. In March of 2023 she was able to start the greatest journey of all and became a mom to a sweet little girl. Two weeks before the school year started, she took a position that has always been her dream to serve in, and that is serving as state staff for North Dakota Agricultural Education and FFA. Breanna is thrilled to help teachers everyday and plan and host FFA events on the state level.

As a former Spa Director with 14 years experience overseeing multi-million dollar operations as well as running her own successful online coaching business for 7 years, Gretchen now runs her own business as a Podcast Guesting Manager.
She started her entrepreneurial journey when her first son was 9 months old and she realized the corporate grind and motherhood were running her into the ground. She was missing every little moment in her sons life and needed a change. She took a leap, quit her job and started her own online fitness coaching business while adding a second son to the mix 3 years later. After being stuck in Vegas while her husband was in NYC for 7 months due to covid (and a planned move with just really bad timing,) she found herself leaning away from her business and leaning into motherhood 100%.
She struggled through this time as her depression and anxiety surged again, but after listening to her heart and gut she left her first business completely, spent one year working on her and being the stable support her family needed at that time.
Now back in sunny Arizona with her family she is happily working while both boys are in school then flips the switch to busy sports boy mom in the evenings and spends weekends unplugged from social media and her business to truly spend time together as a family.

Gretchen helps business owners build authority and generate leads quickly through her personalized podcast guesting program. She knows the importance of strategic marketing and continuously gaining visibility in order to increase your income as a business owner.

She takes all the BHS work off businesses shoulders, allowing owners to simply show up + connect with the host + and share a ton a value for the audience!

She was diagnosed with ADHD in 2020 at the age of 42, started the journey from "why am I like this?" to "how can I use this to my advantage?".  She has realized that she does not need to change who she is to fit in with societal standards, but that she needed to UNLEARN the societal standard of which she abided by and create a path that works best for how her brain works (and having a blast along the way).

Have you hit the part of the busy holiday season where you feel like you aren't doing a good job at anything?
After being wiped out by a nasty cold for 2 days, I had some time to reflect. My guess is you're feeling tired like your to-do list is a mile long, and like you haven't been doing a great job at just about anything right now.
This episode is quick and to the point, because I know you're busy and wanted to give you a direct message to reflect on. Give it a listen and try the reflection questions I leave you with at the end. You were picked for this life, your kids, your job, and more. Trust in that.
Have a better brave day!

Have you ever noticed all of the ads about women are typically for things to make us look better, get rid of our "back bulge", and hide our blemishes? I don't know about you, but tying our worth, beauty, and confidence to how smooth our backs are is crap!

It's definitely not something I want to leave behind for my daughters to believe. It's our turn to do the inner work so we can leave the little girls that come after us with more confidence and inner strength!

Give this a listen and share it with a friend so she can start shifting her thinking differently, and we can leave the best legacy of self-love and inner strength for our girls!

Give this episode a listen and see if you can make a few tweaks in your day to gain back the time you need.

I hope you enjoy this episode!

This week hear from some friends of mine about things that bring them guilt. They are real and raw, and my guess is they will be taking words right out of your head!

Take your guilt and acknowledge it because it's valid. You get to feel your feels, my friend! Then try your best to give yourself permission to let it go. It isn't serving you, your kids, your family, or the people around you. Having guilt keeps us out of the present moment and it's time to give it up.

I hope you know you're not alone, your feelings are valid, and you have permission to let go of any guilt you keep walking around with! That stuff can get heavy so leave those bags behind!

Special thanks to my guest speakers!

Brittany Williams and I were former yo-yo dieters trying to lose weight. We've ditched those ideas and in this episode, we share how we did it and how you can too! This isn't a quick process but life isn't either so take the pieces that fit for you and ditch the rest!

We're sharing our best mindset shifts around food so you can start kicking the "all or nothing" mindset of diet culture to the curb! We are not nutritionists, this is our take on mindset shifts and ideas to help you make your own shifts and learn what works for you and your body.  *This is not medical advice.

The 5 steps:
-Live by the 80/20 rule
-Food has nothing to do with a "good" or "bad" day
-Use healthy swaps
-Be mindful and know your "worth it" foods
-Eat breakfast

Don't forget to share this episode with a friend you know needs it. We appreciate each and every one of you for listening!

Hello Better Braver!

In this episode, you'll hear about how to recognize your own "truths." I share my own growth story with you to shed light on how you can take someone else's truth and try to make it yours without knowing it. This kind of pattern can feel like trying to fit a round peg into a square hole.

My challenge for you is to give it a listen and then spend some quiet time reflecting on your own life. What parts of it do you love, they fill you up? What parts do you do but you never really enjoy or wonder why it doesn't make you happy even though you think it should? There might be some truths in there you adopted from other people in your life that you need to think about letting go of.

Much love to you!
