In this episode, Jesse discusses with Dr. Marvin Washington about "Whose Job Is it?” – who do we turn to, how do we fix it and more importantly, where do we go from here? Dr. Marvin Washington’s research and consulting practice focuses on the processes of organizational and institutional change. These types of changes, however, take time, but the focus now turns to the younger generation to ensure that there is equity in everyone’s race.
