In this episode, we’re talking about Lessons from a Rocket Launch.
Like a rocket being launched to the moon, you have a destination you’re going to.
The rocket we’re talking about has three parts: a first stage, second stage, and the payload (which carries the people).
Once you understand the lesson this has for you, you’re going to be fired up and ready to get your goal.
So, go ahead and hit that like button.
The first stage is the largest and most powerful one that helps the rocket overcome the pull of gravity.
Once the first stage burns out, it falls off and the second stage kicks in… but may burn for less than a minute!
At this point the rocket has enough momentum to carry the payload into outer space.
By now, you’re wondering what’s the lesson.
Here it is.
The first stage…
To escape the pull of comfort and habits, you’re going to have to expend A LOT of energy!
That might look like extended study hours or 12 hour work days to reshape your mind and behaviors.
The second stage…
Once you are aware of and practice good behaviors, the next stage is to move them into habits.
Once productive habits are in place, it’s a matter of repetition and time to take you to where you want to go.
Putting out as much energy as is needed to break old habits and establish new ones proves you learned…
