“Now, imagine that it’s been fused together with an 8 lb iron rod.

“When that’s thrown at you, it’s going to pierce your skin.”

(I thought… What kind of example is this?!!)

He said,

“The sewing needle represents logic.

“By itself, it has little impact.

“The 8 lb bar represents emotion.

“By itself, the bar has an impact but doesn’t break the barrier.

“Together, logic empowered with emotion becomes more impactful and creates breakthroughs.”

So, continue to make strategic decisions, based on data and insights.
