The Virtual Mama Connection is for parents who are expecting, just delivered and some may have toddlers. We provide birth stories and experiences straight from our parents hearts, while also providing education and awareness from the best care providers, educators, and coaches to keep you ahead of the game.  We cover topics on pregnancy, labor, delivery, newborn care and development, lactation, fourth trimester, pelvic floor, nutrition, toddlers and tantrums, parenting styles, childbirth education, men's health and wellness, holistic wellness, mindfulness, physical fitness topics and heartfelt stories that will inspire you.
