Nursing Considerations • may cause hypotension, tacycardia, angiodema, hyperkalemia
• may increase digoxin levels
• assess blood pressure and heart rate
• assess fluid levels
• monitor daily weights with CHF
• monitor renal and liver
• instruct patient on how to take blood pressure
