So many of us experience the mixed bag of vibes around sex, whether because you got some shame or some confusion about your own sexuality, or whether the expression of sex through sexual activity is kinda stuffy or blocked.

Sex should feel good in many ways. When you start to free up the sexual energy, you tend to free up creative energy in other ways.
