Just the dad talking again about the need to have an Agency called "child support"
it absolutely not necessary. There has never been any type of agency that is so hurtful to parents in the history of the world. The parents that refuse to support their offspring can be handled easily by any other agency.  Of course, the "child support" agency somehow believes that harassing parents in Amerika is useful. The problem is that it just is not.
