Hi everyone,
It's finally here, the May Haps!
Late again, but I'm working on getting this habit in place still! Bear with me ;-)
On the agenda:
May = BEM launch!
- This is our big priority for the month, and we're trying different techniques to make it bigger and better! Details in the podcast.
- One thing I forgot to mention in the podcast: Marica (and possibly Lyndsie) will personally reach out to people who click the sales page link in the launch emails, to invite them for an informational call to know more about the program and see if it's for them.
- I got a lot of ideas for the launch from a podcast episode "Dans les coulisses d'un lancement à 7 chiffres" (EN= "Behind the scenes of a 7-figure launch"), and wrote up an English recap of the lessons and ideas from that episode in this document.
BEM. 2.0
- Karyn, Janeen and I re-worked the format of BEM and it is better than ever (at least we think so... but we'll have to get students' verdict on it!)
- You can see our brainstorming notes, how we arrived at the new format, and what we decided on in this document.
- You can also see the text for the updated version of the sales page in this document (Bilel is currently working on updating the sales page. It will be ready by Monday May 16)
Christina's travels
- Amidst all of the above, I'll be traveling for this dates:
- Tues. 17 - Fri. 20 (morning): In Paris for the Learning Technologies Salon. I'll bring back a field report!
- Fri. 27 - Wed. June 1: My sister is coming to Berlin, and so I'll join her over there! It's the 2nd time she's been to Europe since I've been here, and we wanted to be able to meet up
- BUT... since it's the launch period, I'll still be doing some work in between visits so that everything goes smoothly for the launch. I could not do this without the help & support of the team, so you have me sincerest gratitude.
LinkedIn:
- I'm officially starting LinkedIn Bootcamp today, which means 1 post per day for 30 days straight (weekends included). Wish me luck!
- The aim is to build up visibility on LinkedIn, generate more inbound leads, get in front of more companies & corporate clients, and diversify our client base with more people in our ideal client profile.
- Matthew continues to work on his routine for LinkedIn, and he'll be sharing the blog post/video and FFCC podcast each week.
- If you want to follow and comment (no pressure, honestly!!) here's my LinkedIn profile.
- After a month of searching, talking to sales people, and discussing it with Ashley, I've signed up to start working with the lead-generation company LeadIn. I'll be testing it for a few months to see the results... Look for that in a future Haps episode!
What I'm reading & listening to at the moment:
- Tim Ferriss: How to build a world-class network in record time
- How to Think Like a Roman Emperor, by Donald Robertson
See you on Tues. 24 for our next get-together!
