Our host, Luke Ridden, is the Head Distiller, Great-Grandson and Owner of Granddad Jack's Craft Distillery located in Queensland. As the youngest commercial distiller in Australia, he's respectful to the craft of distilling but somewhat of a disruptor. He brings a youthful, modern approach to his recipes that regularly surprise and impress even the most discerning gin connoisseurs. Luke is a determined & hardworking entrepreneur and started in the business with his Dad when he was only 21. Now 25, he enjoys taking the road less travelled when it comes to business and telling the tales of his childhood through his creations, bringing to life the memories of his Great-Granddad Jack. Luke appreciates good quality spirits and listening to people’s stories about their own family and life experiences.

Craig Baird is well known for his long career as a professional race car driver with the V8 Supercars. He has been recognised as the driver with the most wins in a Porsche, worldwide and has won the Carrera Cup Championship five times! With a successful career in motor racing all around the world, he was poached by Supercars Australia and today works as their Driving Standards Advisor. He still loves racing and continues to enjoy the sport.

In this episode, we chat about the decisions he has had to make over the years and watch him put his skills to the test in the Bootlegger challenge… Can he race a remote control car as good as a Porsche?
