Knowledge Plasma is a new artifact discovered by Mr. Joshua M. Frasier in 2011, after more than 25 years of study, research, and testing. Knowledge Plasma is used to enable the experiential-knowledge of experts (expertise), to be available to novices in a matter of  days instead of years which is typically about 10 years. Knowledge Plasma can also be  used to quickly enhance the expertise level of individuals who have low levels of experience in their specific knowledge domain.
