This episode will be a little bit different than the others as it will be an in-depth discussion with group member, Hakeem White, about his college experience as an athlete and his college experience just as a student. Because he has lived this life, he is an excellent first-person source to discuss this issue. It is important to discuss the differences in college experience in order to make all listeners feel safe, welcomed, and understood while listening. We plan to touch on topics such as, life while in a sport vs. out of a sport, the comparison in difficulty of schools and the stereotypes of athletes.
