Professor Markus Rauschecker is the current director of the Cybersecurity Program of the University of Maryland's Center for Health and Homeland Security. Prof. Rauscheker is a world-renowned scholar and policy advisor on the potential international impacts of regulating the global cyberspace from ever increasing threats. During his discussions with us, he details his work for the World Health Organization, the two conflicting international models of cyber usage,  and how to become successful in the ever changing field of international cyberlaw.
