Our first guests are Corrina Gould (Lisjan Ohlone) and Deja Gould (Lisjan Ohlone). Corrina and Deja are from Sogorea Te Land Trust, which is the first Urban Indigenous women-led land trust in the village of Lisjan colonially known as Oakland, CA. Come listen about their work in Rematriation, the importance of land back as the next step of land acknowledgement, and to how you can be a better ally and contribute to uplifting Indigenous voices and peoples. This project is funded in part by the Racial Justice Mini-Grant Program through University Life and supported by the Institute for Religion, Culture and Public Life.
