The Sabbath was meant for rest and so there is a way in which we find our escape through the worship we carry out on the Sabbath. However, we need to do this right. We do not want to only be active for God at church and neutered everywhere else or active everywhere else and yet neutered at church. We need our Sabbath rest to be done right and for this we have to go back to the scriptures
