**As a young Black doctor married to an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery resident, I understand the struggle of getting to and through graduate school, residency and figuring out how to create a fulfilling work-life dynamic. In this episode, I officially introduce how it is my goal to help us overcome that struggle through this podcast.
