It is not through ease and success that we learn grace, kindness, and positivity. It is our hardships and looses that teach us the most.  They show us how strong we really are.  They open our eyes to see beyond the borders we have built.  These moments teach us to have compassion and to be humble.  They teach us how to be positive in the face of adversity. 

This podcast is written in loving memory of my fur baby Charlie Brown.  He went to pup heaven this week, free of the confinements of his earthly body he can run and play again. I love and miss you dear friend.
