The history of the United States is marred with racism. Like it or not, racism was protected and promoted by the social and legal structures of its past. Have those issues been eradicated? How should Christians understand this history, and what should we do about it? Is social justice the answer? Political activism? Gospel love? What does God expect of His people? Sword and Trumpet held a conference this spring to discuss these issues.
