Im in one of those phases where my brain is just all over the place. Im thinking of numerous things at once and nothing is sorted out. Nothing makes sense and I feel overwhelmed. I wish I could say that I have perfected these three tips but in all honesty, I haven't. It's easier said than done to have well thought out coping mechanisms for stress, but that doesn't mean we should give up and stop trying! These are my top 3 tips for returning to a calmer state of mind.
