Robert Sansom, the Carlow GAA Games Development Manager, is one of a small number of people who have played senior inter-county football for two counties. The Louth man transferred to Ballinabranna in the last decade and went on to play in goal for Carlow but with his club he wore the number 14 jersey. 
He won two intermediate championship medals but more recently took up the position of Games Development Manager. 
Here he talks about his role in Carlow and the great work volunteers and the Games Development team carry out in the county. 
He also has his views on whether minor should go back to under-18, the split season and the joy of playing his club football with Ballinabranna.
