The Undergrace podcast talks about anything under the sun relating to Christianity. We are not under law but under grace!
Have you ever planned something and desired for all to go well? Have your plans ever disintegrated before you eyes and you can do nothing about it? Our desires are usually for positive outcomes but our plans can change.
God's plans NEVER change. He always sees them to completion regardless how much man tries to change them.
This episode goes into detail about plans and desires. It touches on the mystery of God's will and how humans can also become an integral part of His plans.

Have you ever thought about why BCE or CE have been used following a date? Proponents of this dating method are trying to sneak this method in through scientific, historical, fiction/non-fiction books, institutions, schools and universities. Eventually, a new generation will be raised with this new dating method that attempts to remove God from our timeline. In this episode, I go into the history behind the original BC/AD method and how it should remain as the standard dating technique.

This was a tough episode to do. It is about my oldest son who lived for almost an hour. He was (and still is) loved and will always be remembered. One day, I will see him in heaven and will be able to hold him again.
When tragedy strikes, many people are left with questions. Denial turns into anger...sometimes directed towards God. There is no perfect amount of faith and no 5 step prayer that could be said to perform a miracle. Sometimes, we don't know why tragedy strikes. However, we still have to know that God loves us and He is sovereign. My hope is that someone can hear this and God can speak to you through the story of a little baby boy who made such an impact.

Some churches today are preaching a false gospel of comfort and void of truth. However, the gospel that was spoken of by Christ in the bible can be offensive to those who are lost and unsaved. What does it mean to be "saved" anyway? How can you tell that someone else is truly "saved"? Find out in this episode of the Undergrace podcast!

Have you ever heard the word Nephilim? The old testament refers to these people as being of tall stature and mighty. There are tales of the Israelites going up against and defeating men who bore humungous weapons and were of great size.
Were the Nephilim fallen angels who produced children with humans? Who were these mysterious beings? In this episode, I delve into the origins and stories of these enormous giants.

Nothing is impossible with God. We are not on our own and can bring our requests directly to Him. This episode talks about 2 characters in the bible who were able to overcome extreme adversities because they were obedient to God. Apply these same principles to your own life, wait on Him and you will see His fulfillment in this life!
Many people go through seasons of trials and hardships. For others, it seems, their entire lives are scarred with setbacks, unanswered prayers and tribulations that are no fault of their own. God answers our pleas in three ways: yes, no or wait. When we don't get that immediate answer we are looking for, we often feel that He didn't hear us. However, as long as you have breath in your lungs, that answer could be "wait". We should never doubt God's abilities to reach out with His long arm to protect, provide and answer.
Men can be some of the toughest creatures to get through to. We like to keep things hidden. We like to say we're too strong, so we don't ask for help (or directions!). However, many men tuck away their inner hurts, their struggles, weaknesses and secret sins. This episode underlines 4 recommended levels of fellowship that are essential for every man (and woman for that matter). This is from a Christian perspective but these levels of fellowship can apply outside of Christianity. Apply these to your life and you will become more well rounded, easier to relate to, have more integrity and more fulfilled.
Are you tired of living a life of anxiety and strife? Do you seek temporary, quick-fix solutions that only dig your hole of desperation deeper? In this episode, I discuss how to instead turn to Christ and rely on Him. Only through scripture, surrender and support from other mature Christians can one live a full, complete life that gives glory to the Creator!
What is the best way to study the bible? How should you take meaning from scripture? Many preachers in the modern church have steered away from the original intent of how scripture is meant to be read, studied and applied to our lies. In this episode, I will dive into the study of biblical passages. My hope is that the listener will gain insight into the true Gospel.
In this episode, I take a personal direction and talk about a time in my life when I followed the Lord but still went through several trials. I questioned why I was there but in the end, the Lord revealed why He had placed me there and the answer was not what I expected.
I also introduce Bob Sorge, a Christian pastor and author who went through an overwhelming trial, how he endured it and came out changed as a result.
I close by including scriptures and quotes from Bob's books that bring to light the essence of what a trial is and how to believe stronger in the Lord in the midst of the tempest.
Was America founded on Christian values? This is a belief that is widely held by many people. The United States was founded as a "City on a Hill" or a "Light in the Darkness" that was entirely different from other nations. Many things set us apart from the rest of the world. It is true that we have developed into a Godless nation who worships money, idols and ourselves. But is this much different from where we started?
This episode delves into the writings, philosophies and beliefs of many of our founding fathers and how they shaped the constitution and our way of life. I was surprised when I came to my conclusion. You may be too after you listen to what has been prepared in this episode.
Have you ever wondered where all the tribes of the Old Testament came from? The Moabites, Ammonites, Ishmaelites and Mosquito bites (just kidding!). This episode covers several notable tribes in ancient Middle East times, where they came from, how they interacted with the Israelites and what happened to them. Many of these tribes were even distant relatives of the Israelites and were in opposition with them for many years. Despite the predominance of these people groups, many of them were wiped from the pages of history or absorbed into what became modern-day Middle Eastern countries like Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon and others. Take a trip back into history and discover the origins of the ancient Middle Eastern tribes.
The protestant Christian bible is a masterpiece of literature. It can be used as a history book, reference or for wisdom. However, the bible goes much further than that! After believing that the bible is 100% accurate, how can you apply it to your life? What scriptures can you use in today's world as a spiritual guide to lead you to the Messiah? This episode answers all those questions.
There is a movement in Christian worship music that is concerning. Some Christian worship artists are veering away from traditional praise to God and towards personal edification, "Jesus is my boyfriend" kind of lyrics. Many of the churches that include New Apostolic and Words of Faith teachings also have music that goes right along with their false doctrines. This episode goes into depth with the beginnings of Christian worship music, hymns and the emergence of modern worship music. I also mention which Christian artists to avoid and some with solid biblical teachings.
Everyone has heard of the Christian protestant bible. Many non-believers think that it isn't reliable because of all the different versions and translations. How can you, as a Christian, defend against these arguments and hold fast to the true Word of God? This episode will refute claims by non-believers and skeptics and give you the tools you will need to stand strong on God's Word.
There are distorted doctrines that are infiltrating protestant churches all over the world. They are teaching a false, tainted gospel that is laced with New Age philosophies. These teachings have slowly made their way into Sunday morning sermons over the past century. This episode explains some of the false doctrines of these movements and refutes them through the use of actual scripture. This is worth listening to...millions of lives are at stake!

Salvation isn't just a prayer. It isn't just works. It is also confessing your sins, denying your flesh and living in faith. This episode goes into detail with what is needed to attain eternal life with Christ. It offers scriptures that verify every step you need to take in order to be assured of your salvation. Salvation goes much further than the sinner's prayer.
This is part 3 of my series "Christians Say the Darndest Things - commonly mis-quoted scripture passages". There are phrases and bits of wisdom that people use which aren’t in the bible or might be but are taken slightly or way out of context. Although their intent is good, these phrases can be taken the wrong way by people who can be directed down the wrong path or turned off to faith in Christ.
My goal for this post is to spell out the intent of these phrases and clarify any undertones that may be confusing to some. I will also give an alternate phrase that should be used in place of these “words of wisdom”.
You have goals, dreams and ambitions. You've spent countless hours trying to obtain that goal, sacrificing your time to pursue it. Then you finally arrive at the mountain top and achieve that goal. How do you feel? Elated? On top of the world? No...you feel empty inside. You feel like you're at the lowest point of your life. You'd rather be on that journey instead of reaching the destination. So, you set the bar higher. You see that other mountain and you reach that goal only to feel the same emptiness and despair.
How can you find fulfillment and ultimate happiness in pursuit of life? Listen here and find out!

“Christians can be Weird!”This phrase is repeated by both Christians and non-Christians alike. As with many different groups, over the years, Christians have created their own vocabulary and sayings. Sometimes, it is intentional and other times not. Many concepts of the Christian faith can be difficult to grasp for those unfamiliar with them. As a way of attempting to simplify the terms, a language called “Christian-ese” was formed.
In this episode, I have included five phrases that people use that are believed to be taken directly from the bible. However, once you do some research, you will realize that there are some similarities to the phrases and the scripture verse, they are usually taken out of context.
My goal for this episode is to clarify the intent of these phrases and clear up anything that may be confusing to some. I will also give an alternate phrase that should be used in place of these “words of wisdom”.
