Anita Siegl is the owner of Happy Feet Reflexology, Cork. She is an accredited and registered reflexologist, offering a unique hot-stone reflexology treatment where she combines traditional reflexology with native American basalt stones to enhance the benefits of traditional reflexology.
Anita is a Tibetan Reiki and Usui Reiki master providing stress, tension and anxiety relieving treatments from her own studio on the outskirts of Cork. During the lockdown Anita developed a unique guided hand reflexology workshop series combining relaxing, stretching and breathing exercises with hand massage based on hand reflexology.

Cathy Fitzgibbon (aka The Culinary Celt) is a media sales and marketing professional for the past 23 years. She is passionate about exploring contemporary culinary experiences and actively promotes the areas of food sustainably and wellbeing through her food writing contributions and marketing activities, using an ethically based farm to fork ethos.
Her debut book 'Eat With The Seasons' is designed to empower readers with practical and meaningful ways to self-reflect and understand their own eating patterns in tune with nature and the four varied seasons of the year, enabling them to build a more overall positive relationship with food.
