In this episode, we feature a conversation with Professor Shane Mount, of REIGN Jiu-Jitsu, Boise, Idaho.  Shane has served in the US Military, local Law Enforcement, and had already earned a black belt in Judo before beginning his training in BJJ.  Needless to say, Shane has a very unique perspective both as a BJJ black belt and as an academy owner.
