In this episode, I share some of the personal lessons I've learned through my first year as an ECT in primary school, from building relationships to reflection. My hope is that new teachers can take away some of the lessons I've learned to better prepare themselves for the upcoming year, or to just inspire current teachers with new thoughts and ideas.
