In early February of 2022, it was announced that President Joe Biden approved a grant of $30 million (I wrongfully stated 40/60 in the episode) for "Free crack pipes."  This is, however, misinformation, and in this episode of Stop the Stigma I will help you understand exactly what the grant is and why it's important to support it and harm reduction in general.
