Episode 2 of the podcast Works in Progress features professional ballet dancer and physicist Merritt Moore (@physicsonpointe). Merritt graduated from Harvard in 2011 and was one of the first artists to work at the ArtLab.

Whether she's in the physics lab or ballet studio, Merritt is asking challenging questions and pushing the boundaries of scientific research through art. At ArtLab, Merritt leads an interdisciplinary group of collaborators to create, code, and choreograph a dance duet between a robot and a human.

Listeners will also enjoy the student perspective of co-host Kristian Hardy (@Kristianarnell). A sophomore studying Theater, Dance, and Media (@harvardtdm) and African American Studies, Kristian started with ArtLab as a summer research assistant. A gifted performer with a passion for storytelling, Kristian brings a unique voice to the podcast.
